Masterwork is the only one, and I feel that's a waste of interface area :V

Briess/Locriani created the Masterwork namespace because he felt the Masterwork mod was large enough to have a namespace of its own. There aren't any "guidelines" that I'm aware of; as long as a mod has sufficient interest in/need of a wiki, he'd probably be willing to create a separate namespace for it too.
