downloading issues?

Tried about a dozen times to download 3a off the links the last day.  Times out in the middle, ends prematurely, or just doesn't download at all and hangs.  Have tried on 2 separate computers and different ISP's.  Seems to be something going on with the server, isp, to me etc.  Ping is crazy latent.

Anywhere else to get v.3a?

FYI - finally downloaded completely without timing out, just had to keep trying.
