Tis a garden of rage we run here. It is a known fact that od games give the players god-sized egos.

True.  Though you have to admit my approach gives a middle ground that provides interesting lore.
What was your approach again?

The Void Plague, however, converts void into substance, right? If that's true, then the Void Plague will never get anywhere because the void will consume whatever it excretes.
Into more void.
Eventually it'll stop.

I don't think it will stop.  I think it will be an eternal war that is occuring.  Civilization will develop within the band of substance between devour and creation, and if it reaches space-faring levels, then there will be eternal wanderers who are perpetually running from the devouring.  Might provide some interesting lore.

That'd be this.

Oh, that'll be nice.
Plus I can be smug because this is all taking place inside me, so I win anyway.

When mortals finally get successful enough to do this, then I can predict that Xavnaos (possibly the insane side of (the) Zanzetkuken(s) helping by making mortals more susceptible as well) will try to corrupt mortals to sabotage the ships to have them swallowed by the void, while Neyaravah, the sane side of (the) Zanzetkuken(s) and other deities is trying to get the mortals aligned with them to flush out the saboteurs.

I'd like to point out that once I become a god I'm going to help everyone and become the ultimate chess master. because being god of knowledge means I have to know everything there is to have knowledge of. Which is everything.

Corvus tried that.

Didn't work.

So, it's a game of Mafia?

Kind of, only far less structured and far more bloody.

Because the Void Plague turns all that nothing into something. Which is them converted into more void by the void, leaving you with the exact same amount of void that you started with, no matter how many void plagueoids there are.
However, there are more Void Plague individuals than before, because they (being life) reproduce, and the Void only feeds on their waste.

At this point, I'd say that it's up to the GM to decide which way it goes, you two.

He should be the one to decide on all this stuff, anyway.
True, but I like explaining why I expect things to turn out the way they do.

They, being lifeforms, albeit impossible ones, die, and their remains will be eaten by the void. It'll balance out.

Tell that to...well, anything which grows exponentially. Even assuming the Void Plague dies of old age, they'll have increased in number. Imagine the rabbits in Australia, only Australia is evidently of infinite size.

Sorry about holding that, no idea why I did that.
Still, in that example Australia wins no matter how many rabbits there are.

Australia isn't the Void, because rabbits don't eat continents.
The Void is the native life that the rabbits eat/compete with, which is in fact losing big time.
