Spawning Items/Creatures?

My fishery worker got possessed by a fey mood and he asks for Metal Bars (I got those) and shells.
I dont got any shells and there are no turtles on my map currently, is there any way to spawn one or change what the strange mood needs?
Or any way of spawning a turtle?
