Usually, in the games, item manipulation (re-ordering and equipping) does not take up the rest of the unit's turn, so long as it's part of their movement sequence. However, waiting on a square or attacking immediately ends a non-mounted unit's turn, thus you can't switch weapons after.

Also Xan, that personal fault is gonna HURT.

Well aware, but I'm going for a theme, although I suppose I could make it "become under the effects of poison next round," so it only affects once. Props if you get it either way, the fault isn't going to change much.

Changing Personal Skill now.

That should have a tighter activation for that benefit. For example, when fighting at melee range.

Yeah, better make it melee, since only siege magic and ballistae won't activate that.
