Hello all,

The title refers to alternative music (a 17-minute quasi-jazz and texture suite) I composed to use in-game.  I wanted to contribute to the community somehow, and music is my profession.  I only wish I had the time to mix this really well and expand it.  (I live in a rural area and make very little $$, so I have to put as high a price as I can on my time.)

'The Obsidian Mine' is a sample of what I imagine the crusty Lirukzus Quintet plays at about forty levels down at the Underground River Club on slow weekend nights when the goblins have gone home.  Enjoy.

I really do like Tarn's guitar music, by the way, but after hours and hours, I often want something different and I don't just want to pop in a CD.  I think a game this deep really deserves an awesome and lengthy soundtrack of its own.  This is my first stab at such a project.  If I had the time (and funding?) I would like to put together hours of music for this game in a wide range of styles and textures.
