The sinister giant finishes its work, and places its creation in front of you. It is an abomination, a horrific mockery of your form. She awakens. The sinister giant revels in your abject revulsion of her, laughing aloud as he leaves you to your fate. You are left with her, she looks grotesquely content to stand there staring at you.

You ask for help, she seems not to understand either that you are talking to her or what you want. She might be lacking a way to think.

Look around.  Engage deus ex machina to get us out of these bonds.  If that fails, attempt to create a knife/blade out of own flesh- preferably our left arm.  It's already been shown flesh can be used as a building material.

You look around and see the same place you've been since you were created, in all its rocky near barren goodness. Engage deus ex machina! The abomination sure does find you yelling expletive nonsense replete with humor, enough so to merit a smile at least.
