I saw this mod, and I really want to download it, but I have the Lazy Newb Pack, so I don't know if it will work, do you think I can download it having the Lazy Newb GUI, or I will need to uninstall it?

Just unzip it to a different folder. Masterwork has its own GUI launcher, and doesn't need to overwrite LNP or vanilla.
