also, does not seem OP to me. Though for GM referance, you may wanna give examples of misfortunes besides the stat lowering and into what category they fall, like an enemies weapon having problems loading through, someone stepping over their untied shoelaces, a piano falling from above ( )

I'll take that as permission to buff her powers up then. _{And change her a perk too.}

Still thinking of examples of stat lowering though. It'd be mostly along the lines of reduced reaction times, sudden cramps and the like.

The cheaper spells perk is actually pretty good, especially for using low level magic.

Hence why I took it at first, since it's definitely helps with her ability. Minorly debuffing an enemy for 1 mana is much more useful than doing it for 2 mana.

I'd rather go for a progression like this:

one stat by 2

one stat by 4 or two stats by 2

one stat by 6, or two by 4 or three by 2

one by 8, two by 6, three by 4, 4 by 2

etc etc

because when I brought up the system currently discussed, most people commented it was a good idea, while those who commented on gurps mostly seemed to not like it. In short, stop trying to make gurps happen, it's not going to happen.

Almost no one has commented on GURPS, and absolutely no one has commented on the GURPS-assisted version of your system* that I've been proposing ever since you fleshed out yours. Moreover, no one's actually given reasons for disliking GURPS. And that really bugs me. It's like you don't even care what I say.

*Which, to summarize, basically has us using GURPS to figure out what kind of set of abilities and perks would be balanced to give a character.
