15th of Timber 139
Today Caravan arrived, I was expecting Astesh Thikutdastot but instead met with Mebzuth Satducim, an elderly dwarven woman with a very nice and clear voice.
After usual discussions she left without saying a word about the project. I have ordered more meat, booze and gold, along with some bags and clothing.
I have also noticed that we need another job relocation session; I’ll get right to that.
Weather lately had been rather weird, there seems to be no difference in temperature between day and night, outside and inside. I guess it’s stress taking its toll.

I have decided that we will not need that much mining done so I have delegated all miners, including Bsnott, as part time builders under jurisdiction of Red. Hope Red enjoys fresh blood to build that tower. I still am to confront Red about that coin.

In the evening, during supper, I was visited by Astesh Thikutdastot.
‘Good evening, my little Plumphelmet Pie, are you enjoying your snack?’ He said while I dropped my fork in surprise. ‘Oh no need to be so scared, my miniscule Prickleberry Muffin, I’m here to check on your progress and not to…. Limit the problems you may or may not have caused. Not yet anyway.’ He proclaimed with his signature smile, Copper Coin flashing in his fingers.
‘I think we are on the right track, despite some failed experiments’
‘Is that why you employed OctoBomb? Very good choice in my opinion, but His Majesty has different opinion about him. Tell me, what happened to that hill a little bit north from your entrance?’
‘I ordered it to be removed to make place for new facilities.’
‘Oh and speaking of that, King himself wants you to know that this deal has not only the stick but also a carrot. If you manage to pull through with this Project and Relocate our subterenian friends he will grant the Gift of Armok to you, my tiny Bladeweed Roast. No, do not answer now, think about it and you will tell us your decision once you are done here. Bye.’ Astesh Thikutdastot said leaving my chambers. I definitely need to tighten the security around here.

Move all the furniture there and rest will be supplemented by our carpenters later. As our tower is mostly defensible I want Red and all masons to move on to building facilities north from entrance while we wait for fresh batch of clay bricks. Use any and all other building blocks you can, we are practically swimming in them. Bsnott, your team is part time masons now, report to Red at your earliest convenience.’ Bsnott grumbled quietly.’ Engravers are to work on the Housing Block to ensure best quality of bedrooms possible. Rest of you please follow the usual rutine.’ I looked over faces of all my nobles. Some of them did not look very happy about new building projects. ‘Before you all go please say “hello” to our new Head of Science Department, Octobomb. He is responsible for technological advances in all fields. If you have further questions please visit me in my working hours. Feel free to go back to your duties now.
