Yep, light 'dat shit up.

Also, weren't we supposed to press the buttons on the door and spell out STARVE HERETIC? Because, that seemed like what the puzzle was to me.

Call out to the thing.

You call out to the man, but he flees down the hall into darkness.

Time for the incredibly useful Wizard Light.

You fire up your MAGELIGHT and proceed down the EXCEEDINGLY DARK HALLWAY.
It is EXCEEDINGLY DARK.

You encounter a RED CURTAIN at the end of the HALLWAY.
JAMES reports that the it contains no traps.

The CURTAIN slides away, revealing a CANDLE-LIT ROOM.

Welcome, Master!

We have waited patiently for your return, oh glorious one! Have you finally conquered the world, as has been foretold?

We live only to...

Wait...

Love the little Robocop-style threat analysis.

Emergency food source!

And the fleeing sound effect. Awesome.

Could we focus the Magelight into say, I don't know, a lance, or, even better, a sword, made of light?

Give everyone in the room (except for allies) a cardboard blindfold. Use MAGIC!

That works. Then do the following.

Tap Jesse on the shoulder. "That demon thing working the curtain might be good fodder for that sword."

Use some sort of restraining magic to paralyze or otherwise disable the cultist dude.
