Just noticed this:

Purchased, installed, promptly died 3 times before getting out of the first hallway. A+ roguelike, 10/10 would play again
Thank you for the box quote, forsaken1111 :D.
No problem! Feel free to use it however you like. :P

Edit- wait....other ways? :o
Multiple ways. You will find them one way or another :D. The number of ways will also increase further as I expand the mid/late-game into the branches.

I leave for a couple weeks and suddenly its in Alpha. Luckily it seems there is a pay by money order option which makes everything so much easier for me.
I'm glad
The payment service has a ton of options, so I hope there's something that works for everyone. It's a full service, not just PayPal or a simple credit card system--they even accept freaking cash, I believe...

Just rounded a corner, 4-5 pests shot at me. They blew my weapons off in the first volley.

Equip a new weapon, they shoot that off too.

I feel like I'm in a western and they keep shooting weapons out of my hand. Lesson learned, retreat before you rearm.
That's one way to look at it ;). There are other effective strategies for Pests, the best ones involving something highly explosive...

Well as soon as I find something highly explosive I'll be sure to test that theory. :P

Say. Are there saw-blade weapons? A sawblade arm is something you would expect of a killbot.

Flame throwers?

Mines?

Huh, that might delay my ability to send payment. My printer is out of ink so I will have to make a trip to the library or something to print. Not that I didn't need to go on a trip and pick up a money order in the first place but meh.

So it seems I accidentally put my canteen in my wheelbarrow and didn't notice... and then I got really thirsty... so right before going to sleep I go to take a swig from my canteen and... end up snorting a line of low-grade meth.

I have a few questions:
-are there plans for bigger font sizes, i'm using size 14 and it is too small for me (on 14" screen)
-will the names on personal items be added with each patch, or will I have to wait until full release to find my name
-is the item compendium functional, it is showing 0% even after 5 games played
-is there a high score board on the website, I couldn't find any

That's interesting, for me they only go up to 12.  I think it won't let you resize past a point that would make the game bigger than the screen.  I'm pretty sure they really go all the way to 20 pixels.

Freaking roguelikes and their number of ways you can die.

Shot a nuclear reactor with a grenade launcher, it exploded, destroying all my stuff, followed by security bots responding to the explosion, followed by me being hit by falling debris. I like this game.

Something about this game makes me wonder why God lets it exist.
Say, if you give birth on a ranch and then murder your baby will a corpse drop be guaranteed?

WOOOoooooooOOOO0O0OOooooooOOo0o!

*cough* ... *ahem*

I mean, in the most dignified way possible, that I am pleased.

Also, the UX design should be the subject of a class.  It should be required study material for the design nerds out there.

Bought it, played it for 3 hours now, and I'm happy.   :)
I really like how the cogmind is 'mutating' as stuff is destoyed and other stuff found.
I'm also impressed by the difficult cost/reward balances already encountered, - e.g. I found a strong rocket launcher and considered it overpowered, ... until I noticed that I was out of matter, and that there wasn't anything to salvage.  :-P

I was a little annoyed with how fast scavangers would take 'my' loot, but it seems like I can scare them off by firing at them.
