I hope to have this ready by the weekend. I won't say I will, because that'll jink it.

GWG, do you have an updated ETA or is it still up in the air?

Cado, how did you like the leviathan fight?

I knew I would jinx it.

Family stuff much of the day, forum games much of the rest. Tomorrow afternoon is pretty packed, too. I'll just give up on the NPCs for now and skip to compiling everyone's character sheets so I can hopefully get this off the ground tomorrow morning.

That was awesome! But chapter 10s interlude was really dark :(

I also absolutely love how I suddenly have an impossible power.

'There are no healing powers, only powers that can heal.'

Well I'm very specifically tinker-medicine oriented and will probably have to work to make it combat capable. Eat it, canon.

Gotta love Regent, our favorite sociopathic son-of-a-bastard.

How is that "impossible"?

Well, you told me that my power is very specifically 'Biomedical', as in devices used in the practice of medicine.

This is, as the quotes states, either impossible or just ludicrously rare.

As an example, Panacea wasn't a healing cape, she was just able to use it for healing. Meanwhile, my power is very specifically for healing and I'll probably have to finagle it to be useful in a non-supporting role.

More like Bonesaw's supplier. Only not really.

It's not specifically healing. It's a bit like Panacea's power, only you need to make machines to use it.

Maybe blasto/bonesaw? Who knows.

Am I the only one who skimmed the Travelers' interlude arc?

Probably. MrVoid, derm, Pariah, and I read it thoroughly, though.

Yeah, the Wormverse never really gets better. You thought the Nine and Jack's plot were bad? You ain't seen nothing yet.

I can understand why you would, it is more filler than I would have liked, especially since that is where I caught up.  That said, it does give good insight* into a large number of characters, as well as sideline seats to a Simurgh battle.
