Spoiler: TL;DR OOC (click to show/hide)

Turn using non-changed system.

Also I just realized something. There was a chance for a critical that I didn't confirm.

Hopefully that makes up for my long absence.

Thought, would it be more fun to have critical attributes able to be stored for later use? As a kind of trump card to pull out of your hat when you really need it, I'm thinking. I'm leaning in favor of that right now, as I can see that used in a variety of impressive ways and adds more value to them.

Grab the gun and search his pockets fast. Shoot it in the gut.

That was going to be my action too.

Keep the creature away from Harvey.

Hm. Well, pocket the spike anyway. Could come in handy. Try to scavenge the other headlight off the car.

Randall spoke to the bunker:

-W-Wait, there is something here, d-don't open it yet.

He then turned to Wilmer:

-I-I shouldn't trust the dog, right?

Put my air filtration unit on and look for something that can be used as a shield. Do not look threatening to the dog, but keep my distance if possible.

((On the new system:
I'm really glad that you created that new system, I really like it. Hell, it is really similar to what I would use if I ever get to run a RTD.))

This isn't getting anywhere, he's too fast.  Marion narrows her eyes and throws her club at the thing. While its distracted she charges making an all out swing attack, throwing everything she's got into it.

[New system in use, and already out the gate fun stuff. Woo! Also, change to how character sheets looked. I think this is more intuitively readable than how I had it before.]

(Well I don't think Hammerers are used to using guns)

Give the creature the finger, then wait for it to attack and start stabbing.

[The first was for looting a corpse during it the action to fire. Picking something up off the ground isn't very time consuming and wouldn't of incurred a penalty, such as grabbing the rifle, but going through somebodies pockets tend to take time, specially if you're checking several.

The second was for firing into a melee and generally trying not to hit Samuel while hitting the creature while they're locking blades, so to speak. Soft cover and all that. Course, that kinda got nullified by the creature being distracted with fighting someone else, hence his -1 to dodge.

The last was that I figured it was an aimed shot at the creature's gut/torso/chest due to the specification, and the string of aimed attacks.

Complicated maneuvers are good and fine, but stack up one to many without the skill/equipment/enhancements and they tend to flounder.

The Hammerer name was just because I couldn't think of a better one at the moment, it just means that if you Crit, you can later on activate an extra attack on something that doesn't count for multiple actions.

If you hover over the number with the little dotted lines under them, a tooltip should show up saying why its there (unless its there earlier in the roll block.) [Abbr] tags are fun.]

[No problem, we all get busy man. I'll just sneak your action in since you haven't gotten one in a while and it's a small one.]

"Here, lemme get that for you."

Frogdo walked through the hole in the wall and gave the headlight a good look at. Ah, one of those set ups, is it? Well, nothing a bit of brute force won't fix!

Frogdo took his mace and set the handle of it a bit behind where it was on the frame, judging the positioning before rearing the mace up and smashing it down on the frame. With a thunk the headlight popped out, taking the bolts with it, and it thudded on the ground. The cord soon followed it, slithering out of the hole after it and slinking onto the ground in a pile.

The headlight looks a little cracked and has bits of the frame attached to where the bolts meet it, but it should should be functional.

Smashy Headlight Removal (Frogdo): [4]

[Rifle still has four shots in the mag, has a little counter showing you that on the back of the gun, facing you. Apologies for not mentioning that, slipped my mind.]
