Why does nobody want to train the skill that we need for magic that currently has a +2 bonus?
What skills?  We only get a +2 bonus on the military skills.  We need either Presence (-1) or Accounting (0).
I thought we needed logistics?

Nope, is as he said.

Week 13: Morass

Naval Strategy 8
Swords 6
Logistics 5
Bows 1
Flattery 1
Foreign Intelligence 1

Absolutely neck and neck on this one.

Well that doesn't sound fun at all!

Also I left her in her tutu, which I suppose makes sense since it gives bonuses anyway.

More trumpets!

Yes but when do we get to HIT THINGS.

Oh snap. Now we're doing some real Queenly things.

I cannot get enough of Novan politics.

For some reason I nearly laughed out loud when I saw this. I think it's largely due to Axie's expression; it just seems like such a cheerful, important question!

Boy, I really wish I remembered where we've heard of or dealt with Mead before.

As usual, Axespendable doesn't know either.

And is either concerned or bored as a result?

Oh wow, she doesn't even get a portrait or name.

The life of a peasant is rough. And quite possibly short.

This is rapidly turning into a morass of possibly-lies and wish-we-knew-what-we-were-talking-about.

That History check might have been AMAZING right now.

I'm guessing it's a complete waste of time to ask you about her accusations?

Well, better than nothing.

Whoa. We've certainly got options this time around.

Ask for story.

If nothing special happens, then, uhh...

Imprison her? Forced work doesn't look right if she turns out guilty, and then again, execution doesn't look right if she turns off innocent.

Haspen's idea is good. Not to mention imprisonment is reversable :P

Also, go put on that new outfit! (She's likely only staying angry because we're keeping her in that one for now :P )

Ask. Assuming that dosen't result in anything, I'm for execution or imprisonment.

Alright you two. Attempt to murder each other. Last one standing gets to participate in the next test.

Week 13 Continued: Standard Issue

Nono, Her Highness In Her Supreme Wisdom And Mercy has deigned to discover whether she had any justification for her actions.

It's okay, if he tries to punch us we can dance aside and then rally our armies to destroy him.

See? This guy knows how to be a noble.

Axie's an agile general, not a politician, damn it.

Whoa, looks like it's go time!

Yeah, can't dodge that one.

Can't flank it either, apparently.

Great, so we're going completely Game of Thrones on this one.

Finally, one of our vassals with good old fashioned family values.

Why do all of our meetings with foreign dignitaries end exactly the same way?

I believe this gave her +1 Angry, but I apparently missed it if so.

So, hell of a week!

Please note that Bar is not currently a valid option.

DAMN IT!!!!!

Looks like +2 Anger, and we're never going to gain the Yielding bonus.  I'd suggest we just plan on studying accounting without it.

As for this weekend, I don't even care any more.

Analysis: Attending Court and Exploring Castle would probably get us back on track to Yielding, but I honestly doubt we can go a week without something screwing up our attempts to obtain the Yielding state (it would currently take two weekends to get Yielding, without incident).  Let's face it: Axependable is just too hot-headed.

We can't, as per IronyOwl's last post.
Oh. Maybe attend court, then?

We need to get the magic stone thing.

Barracks is fine. It's the bar we can't get to, regardless of how badly we need a drink. :P

With all of the recent queenly checks, we really need to start getting queenly like.

And I believe you can only effectively improve prescence/manners etc if you're yielding.
