Just to clarify, Ketarus' act only refers to minor worlds. This excludes places like the Networlds or the Temple.

Wait, is the ancient the same every time, are ancients destroyed, are there multiple ancients for multiple concurrent Kalpas or what?

From what I understood, there was one Kalpa at a time, and thus one ancient. Ketarus Mechanicus has been the ancient for a long, long, time.
