Jump down from the tree into a frontward flip with a stunning fist to the top of the bandit's head!

((According to the rules, attacks from above have a +1 to hit.))

Spoiler: Initiative (click to show/hide)
Algarius rises from the underbrush, and sneaking swiftly, he delivers a fierce stab to the bandit's leg, piercing it straight through, causing him to fall over.
"Surrender, or die."
"O...Okay! Just don't kill me. Oh Obad-Hai, don't kill me!"
One bandit is dead, the other wounded and surrendering. Algarius has a dagger in the wounded bandit, while Dawnstar is in a blood rage. Abraham stands with an arrow nocked, and Cromwell is in a tree, unseen and ready to strike. Caterina, on the other hand, is somehow still asleep.

"Hey, now, don't just hit someone for no reason. You need to get the most you can out of the deal."

Turning to bend over the man.

"Tell us all you know, or my friend will hit you again."

Actually, just wait up there for a second, look around and see if anyone is hearing this.

Algarius twisted the blade slightly and left it embedded in the bandit. The masked figure slid past the bandit, scooping up his weapon as it did so.
"I leave the brigand in your capable hands, Dawnstar and Abraham." it giggled.

Seeing Cromwell look around, Algarius also glanced about, looking and listening for any other possible foes. If it sees nothing, it padded over the the ruined corpse of the other bandit and pokes through it's belongings, making a pile of them in the light.

Cromwell and Algarius, being ever-so-vigilant, both take a quick look around. Both find nothing, and it's reasonably likely that's because there is nothing. Dawnstar, still slowly fading from his blood rage, gives a heavy punch to the bandit. Abraham tries to interrogate him, only to find that the bandit was knocked unconscious from the blow. While you still technically can interrogate him, it will be quite difficult.
Caterina is still asleep, somehow. If it wasn't for the fact that you could see her breathing, you'd probably be considering her dead by this point.

Meh, find something to tie him up with and go to sleep.

((What were the lootables on the bandits? I've already taken the unconscious bandits weapon, and am holding it at the moment.))

Algarius shrugged, the movement almost obscured completely by the thick robe it wore. It wandered over to Caterina, looking at her sleeping form."Fascinating. Neither the clash of steel nor screams of pain could wake her. Do you think she's actually in a coma?" it laughed.

I look at the bandit
Uh, whoops.
I walk over to Caterina and poke her arm
Hello? Caterina?
I turn to my friends
I swear I didn't kill her.

Cromwell walks a short distance into the forest, and emerges once more with a large length of some kind of vine. He's not entirely sure that it'll hold well, but it's what he could find. The bandit is quickly bound tightly.
Algarius inspects the weapons he took from the pair. They're both shortswords, made by an expert craftsman. Likely illicitly gotten, but the maker's mark on it has been damaged to the point that it's no longer readable, either accidentally or intentionally.
