Cataclysm DDA / Bright Nights have cybernetics but they're not the focus they're more of a stat boots and way to reduce the number of items you carry.

Yeah, thats why I specified that it should be the focus, as in the main way of character progression or something. I mean, 99% of futuristic games have bionics.

"Shadowrun: Hong Kong" is a turn-based combat game where you can build a character specifically to take on a bunch of cybernetic upgrades.

There's a twinstick-esque where a decent chunk of your character upgrades are cybernetic limbs... and most of the non-baseline enemies can rip off said limbs. The name escapes me at the moment so I'll have to poke through my collection, if that sounds like it may tickle your fancy.

So, I am looking for games that have a focus on cybernetics. Any type of game will do, really.

Oh, and it can't be Rimworld, because I already have like four hundred hours on it.

Deus Ex?

also E.Y.E. Divine Cybermancy

Heck yeah.  Deus Ex is a dated game graphics-wise, but it was fantastic.  Honestly can't say how many hours I played on it.

After X months of Valhalla: CBS deprivation, I feel like I finally snapped and started seeing glitched people that only I can see.  :'(

Does anyone know some drink making games that can fill that inner void for me?

I've had VA-11 HALL-A recommended to me, it's a cyberpunk bartender game.

Valhalla: CBS
VA-11 HALL-A ... cyberpunk bartender game.
It's the same game, unless you were just stating that it was recommended to you.

If drink mixing is the focus rather than dialogues, then the old flash game Drunken Masters is pretty great. Tho given that flash has been smothered with a pillow, you may need to jump through some hoops to get it working.

So, I've created a GoG account and am currently scouring their selection for affordable titles with which to jump-start my collection over there.
Any recommendations? Where's the good shit hidden? My taste in games is almost as bizarrely varied as my taste in books and movies, but at least there are the constraints of my somewhat feeble-but-dependable laptop to narrow things down a bit. Also, I would much rather have a close-up perspective of shitty graphics than a zoomed-out, semi-isometric perspective of nice ones - that seems to be a common thing in otherwise dank RPGs.

Simulator/strategy/citybuilding games are sweet as well, of course.

Also, is Tyranny worth buying for half-price? I vaguely remember looking into it ages ago when it was a fairly recent release and not quite being won over by what I read, or saw - it has that same problem with an unsightly perspective. Gods, I'm glad I didn't buy that expensive-ass game on Steam.
Really though, I just wanna crush the weak beneath my boots, and then if that eventually gets boring, cut the strong down to size and crush them down there too. That or make endless fat stacks of fantasy dollars from shady dealings. *shrug*

... I still have fond memories of the original dark sun game, I guess. Think the sequel is on GOG, too. They're both isometric, but I don't think anyone would call the graphics particularly nice, nowadays :V

I haven't played it but another community I'm in raves about it with some frequency. The ending is kind of flat, apparently, but it's great fun until that point.

You just missed it for free on EGS. If you don't mind other platforms, it's 75% off there now.
