how to uninstall phoebes tileset?

I am asking as it comes with civ forge, and I just want it with ascii.

Thats nothing that could be easily done. You have to add it manually, and change all the tilenumbers. check of the raw tile extractor, it would be the fastest way to do it, but would probably still take 30-60 minutes, depending on how well you know your ascii tiles.
