I had a dream last night about the Doctor. He had three tools that let him do things. There was the Axe of ... I forget the word, it sounded like 'recision' or something. Separation, maybe. He could cut your mind in half with it and make you have two minds in one brain, or cut your thoughts in twain and stitch them back together differently, or cut your organs in half but that made two organs half the size of the original.

I forget the others since he only used the axe in my dream - to cut the thought of an amp overload out of Xan's brain before it even happened. I think the other two were a sword, which might have been of Ending or something, and ... a scalpel, maybe? I forget. It was pretty damn cool.

PW mentioned to me in a PM within the dream that the AM had tools like that as well that could kinda compete against the Doc's, but he didn't mention what they were, and I think she only had 2.
