I have seen demons becoming leaders and killing every other civ, but they tend to be rather good with their own civ.
Also its not like they go around comminting genocide, they let conquered people join them, they are like unifiers.

Actually, this is pretty easy to reproduce. Just use adv. World gen to make a world with 1000 demons (More demon types mean more unique demons), then search in legends mode for captured ones and their locations.

Oh, thank you. The only reason I have used adv. worldgen so far is maximize embark points.

also while your in there set boogymen types to 0 so theres no boogymen
