the littlest cheesemaker where a young little girl who vow to follow her path away from what her (adopted)dad tells her to be in hopes of becoming the best cheesemaker breaks her back to please gods and goddess after one small talk with a Nun.

Can I vote for misty to acknowledge that there are gods but continue on with her goal (not like we found away to attach them to the mortal realms yet and talking to them in adventure mode Will CRASH THE GAME
so... ) like seriously you don't want to talk to the gods. like there's a reason toady one remove the ability to pick a faith in vanilla.
if you excuse me I'm off to learn how to fix this so you can talk to them my guess is to learn how to attach a historical figure onto a unit and blah blah wizard shit only warmist would understand.

"Are you there, gods? It's me, Mistêm."
Yeah I think this would probably be best. Stay humble for now.

Ask the God's which of your companions you should sacrifice first while eying the nun in a cold and creepy manner. Then nudge her with an elbow and and tell her it was just a joke. Misty already knows the Gods hunger for the blood of all her companions.

i do believe the moment Misty enters the fortress Urist CCCCVI will give her a thought such a idea of such magnituden that she will be over come by it

Mistem looses a roaring laughter, fell and terrible!

So in means of solving this problem about talking to gods I went on a coding journey which can be seen in this thread here So far the point proven is Misty could talk to one. Just that she has to find someone to become the avatar of that god. Which then they don't become their formal selves and the god piggybacks on their soul. Now which of these Chucklenuts should Misty sacrifice to a god so she can rain affection to the god for her remaining mortal life? Or she could just pray real hard and they could pop up in a fresh new body(unable to return back to the heavenly world) since, hey we have the wizard skills now to do that in masterworks.
In other words I kinda solve the issue of misty praying with It's A OKAY just that doing so will cause them to materialize and stuck in the mortal world and or insane and want to kill every one

"Wonder how the nun handles Gods in mortal flesh?
I'm guessing not so well."
though I don't know what Cowsea could do in a mortal state other than teach misty how to curd milk.

Better idea: the nun IS a god in mortal flesh!!! ( I'm thinking Bookfire. )

This was made right when I discover the whole god bit, I was playing a gnome at the time so... Oh it's highly unlikely also her MO is tech(and rage) not faith.
Bookfire is slowly pushing into my 'research art'.
Besides Abbey RiseStaff seems like she follows Anvils
but since you brought it up...
