Awesome! The art is really incredible.

Also, Reg actually has legs! I had my doubts.

Thanks!  You guys have no idea how nice it is to hear that sort of stuff, it really helps keep me going.

Also!  Small edit to the last image in the previous update

Sorry about that, it's easy to miss small details when I'm storyboarding.  I was so excited about showing off Reg's new design I'd completely forgot about it.

Also, bonus for anyone who cares, I accidentally uploaded their template page so I guess I'll throw this up here.

Ah, dang, it's really good to be back and updating regularly -_-

...It looks like there's something in Reg's left boot. Was that there before?

Hmmmmmmmm.... That's suspiciously close to a sprite sheet...  * evil plans start brewing in the minds of the recently unemployed CaptainMcClellan *

eS, be looking out for a PM asking for the rights to commence the project.

EDIT: For now, DOUGHNUTS! Also, I gotta clean the house. ._. I'll be glad when I start my new half-job. I'll be even more glad when I get back to school.

Giant bloody knife? Seems Holt's retirement may be more exciting than he planned...

Well, on the one hand, fishing is a traditional retirement activity, but on the other hand, we are talking about retiring to a life of carp-wrangling... ^_^

That was my first question.  What's she got in her boot?  (I didn't see the original image, apparently, so I don't know if that was there "before".)

Know what isn't there?

MY INTELLIGENCE... I didn't notice you had edited the old one and it took me longer than I care to admit to notice the urls were the same when I flipped back and forth (opened both in new tabs) ...

Also yeah, the art has a neat pencil/paintbrush type grittiness to the backgrounds which leads to a really recognizable style that fits the setting well. It's interesting how you mix the more serious action/framing/setting panels in with the more lighthearted style you started with.

Exactly the same...
Feeling like some kind of stump now. =(

By the way
Reg: check what's that thing in your boot.

Hooray, lots of neat stuff!  Also, hooray, personal career advancement of the creator!

Yeah . . . wow, there's a clear difference in visual quality as you go to the newer sprite.  You said you'd wanted to improve your art as you went; Reg's new design just looks cleaner.  With that in mind, there's only one thing to do.

Holt: Find some way to accessorize and thus prompt a sprite update.

Just out of interest, why do some people sign their posts?

And what's the point of a sig, in that case?

Is it a thing from other forums?

I assume the typing out a signature is a holdover from a different forum that doesn't stick your name onto the top of your posts, or just a mark of "professionalism" since professional emails are supposed to take a similar form to a letter written via computer. It usually just looks weird on these forums.

Oh cool, I just noticed TLCM is in the top five of the "most-viewed" and "most-replied" threads on the Communities tab.  That's...really cool, actually! :D
