Throw whatever is in that jar on the shelf into the boiling milk. It wouldnt be in the kitchen by the cows if it wasnt for cheese, right?

It's always good to take a break if you needed it. No worries.

I'll echo the no worries sentiment. Creative stuff is hard, and sometimes you just need a break.

In any case, glad to have you back!

Hey guys.

I would like to apologize for disappearing so suddenly and without warning.  Over the past few months I've found myself having trouble enjoying things that I've normally enjoyed or finding the motivation to do anything, and that included TLCM.  Every time I sat down to finish the update I found myself dreading drawing it, and the whole...process, really.  It seemed like a chore rather than a hobby.  A week-long break became a month, and after a month it just...stretched on, and I've drawn pretty much nothing since the last update - TLCM related or not.  During the past few weeks I've slowly started picking up my pen again, and I gotta say it feels...better.  I don't know if I can keep to a weekly/semi-weekly schedule, but I think I could do shorter, sporadic updates.

Again, I'm really sorry for dropping out like that.  I do plan to finish this Act of the story, which includes this chapter and three more.  I think I'll take another break then, and see if the story warrants continuing.  Until then, I'll make sure Misty's adventure continues to the end of her arc.

Viva Plumpy.

No worries. It's a feeling many of us know all too well. We're all just glad to have you around, and I hope you continue the story at the pace that makes you most comfortable.

Haha looks like staying up past midnight payed off eheh.

Welcome back :)

No need to apologize Saint if you stop enjoy making TLCM. Just do what you said and take a break. But its good to hear your feeling up to it again. ah ya.

I need to go to sleep >_>

Misty add beer dwarfs love beer.

Definitely beer, not wine. Maybe even get some incomplete beer to put in! The brewer will understand, right? Didn't you hear somewhere that the stuff that turns food into beer is the same stuff that turns milk into cheese?

+1 to adding alcohol to the cheese. I recommend the most expensive and highest-proof liquor available.

+1 Also to removing rat from milk.

I also say that it should be fed a piece of our first batch of cheese, and also name him Deedee after the fallen elf friend.

No no, see, that would be adulterating our masterpiece with someone else's completed work. Clearly we need to get some unfinished beer from inside a still, so there's still time to put our genius into it!

Relax, Misty, making cheese is your calling. Your purpose in life.

Feel the cheese. Be the cheese.

You are the cheese. You feel what the cheese feels.

You feel a large lump near your bottom. In your butt.

That lump in your butt is the lemon, at the bottom of the pot.

You know when you feel a large lump in your butt, you need to squeeze. SQUEEEZE tight and get that lump out.

You are the cheese.

Fish the lemon out of the milk and squeeze it. Get that lemon juice all out of the lemon, get it soft.

Squeeze, Misty.

Squeeze.

That feels good, doesn't it? Maybe squeeze one more lemon in there. You always feel better when it's more than one little lump.

You are a dwarf, Misty. Making cheese is in your soul.

Also add a little salt, because yum, salt.

Drink the beer, for Cowsea's sake. You're a dwarf. Beer is for drinking.

Maybe she'll get a rat first, but that just adds some protein, or maybe we get rat squeezings. Either way, it'll be cheese.

Misty is now a dabbling plant gatherer after obtaining one lemon from a bunch.

Misty should gain observer and memory skills for recalling lemons and cheese and associating with yellow.

Misty should gain movement speed after drinking beer.

Again, +1. The rat has fulfilled its purpose, having provided the bacteria for the celestial cheese culture. He should be honoured as no other of ratkind.
