That build is still very gimmick, losing 30% growth probably doesn't help on that, not completely sure as I never used cost Specific Skills before. But normally people go with at least 60% on their core stats, for example a physical attacker with STR/SKL/SPD. Or a mage with MAG/SKL/SPD, if they are planning to go for fast and deadly.

You can always ask some people.

The build seems fine to me. Yeah it's pretty average growths across the board, but sometimes you have to do that, especially when you're playing with 30% less growth than everyone else. In a lot of ways, this is a less gimmicky build than say a glass cannon build that goes "what am defensive stats" and just cap rams str/skl/spd
