Make all rolls be represented as a meter with the number of filled units the number rolled and the meter size the highest roll number possible.

I think you sorta got it wrong,in surgeon simulator you generally do things in the most hilarious way possible...but that means...I fixed up Taloniswolf's pancreas! noooooooooooooo!
