Use Healing Shiv/Shank to perform surgery on GWG to remove a random organ.

EDIT: Remove his appendix or some other organ he doesn't need.

But, antimatter causes explosions. Which can harm GWG. Thus, stopping you is not a harmful action, so you shouldn't block someone stopping you.

  Annnd another edit. That was a good point, though.

  If another point comes up, I'm changing my action. Changing it everytime someone says something is probably considered a bit cheaty? I'm not sure, but I have a two edit limit on my actions.

That's totally a good idea. After all, I'm pretty sure that no Bay12rs have the knowledge or inclination to use a certain ubiquitous substance as the logical counter to ice majyks.
