Lightning alchemy?

You could turn the air into a superconductor that conducts a sent out stream of electrons. That would be a specialized alchemy (like, a secret alchemic art or something. Kind of like Roy's flame alchemy.)

Well, when I made ryaku's battle method I imagined her using Runic Lightning to add Lightning damage to her attacks, speed up her reflexes and other various uses for lightning.
