Not unless Tia can find a mistake that the queen stated, that actually could be misinterpreted by accident. In fact, I already have a couple ideas.

They wouldnt have any idea that something happened to Tia, so why place a recording device? to anyone else, that would be a huge violation of her privacy.

It's useless to give orders trying to prevent her from taking her chances, since when you're using one of them, most orders related to that sort of thing don't apply anyway.

@Elf: It's partially because it's meant to be a test of strength between the two; whoever is stronger comes out on top. Faerie takes Social Darwinism to a whole new level.

Also, she's coming back...she was gone overnight, but it's not like she's been gone for several days or anything(well actually she might have been, since Faerie time and mortal time aren't always in synch).

Plus, those imps were your enemies. I'm guessing Altrius or Maja would eat them too, if they were in full dragon form.

Not really. Instructions don't override one another like that, unless specifically stated to(contradictory instructions don't apply; oldest takes precedence, in such cases, if an override is not specified), so she's still under the hold of previous ones, and she'll still have to come back in two weeks time. It's just that she'll have to pretend nothing is wrong, which was basically the point of that whole set of instructions.

I'm fairly sure she said that she would live life as she had before the binding during that blockof instruction giving, anyway; maybe you missed it.
