Paralyze body without paralyzing the lungs

yeah, only way to do that would be to add NERVOUS to the STANCE body parts, but then they could still just crawl. So it would more or less be a "cripple" spell, there is no true way of rooting I guess, unless Toady adds IMMOBILE and FLIER to the ADD_TAG/REMOVE_TAG syndromes.
