Mod Metal and Armor penetration
« on: April 17, 2014, 06:20:44 pm »

Quick question, I'm making a custom metal and was wondering how to improve the armor penetration. I want it to punch through steel, but have no idea how to do this...

Edit:  here are the metal's properties

To make a material better than steel, just make its various _YIELD and _FRACTURE values higher than steel's values.

I'll do that now, and check the arena results.

Edit: still just deflecting off of steel

Extra Edit: I accidentally left the game running. There are teeth EVERYWHERE.

Did you make sure that all of the values were altered?

It looks like you only changed the tensile values.

AH! that must be it. Thanks!

Edit: That did the trick. Ebonsteel now cuts through anything Non-Spoilery like butter. Thanks!
