Wizardry 8 is a very old party-based RPG made by Sir Tech. (Now out of business, last I heard, this was the last game they made.)

SIGN UP FOR CHARACTERS:

Gender: This is pretty straightforward.
Race: Choose one of the following
-Human
-Elf
-Dwarf
-Hobbit
-Gnome
-Rawulf (Dog Person)
-Felpurr (Cat Person)
-Lizardman
-Drakon (Dragon Person)
-Fairy
-Mook (Monkey Person)

Class: With this, just tell me what you want, there's a bunch of classes, all with minute differences.
Magic is absurdly common, so if you want magic, you can have it. You can also get rifles (this is a weird in-game universe, there are even spaceships.) So go crazy.

Sure, I can change your character.
(Although due to the way the game works, dwarf monks are actually not so good, because they don't get stat increases for the first few levels, but it does stack the monk's damage resistance with the Dwarven Damage resistance, making them excellent tanks, so yeah, I'll change that for you.)

Unfortunately, "Viking" is not an applicable class (the shame)
The closest things to that is "Valkyrie" which is restricted to female characters, or "Fighter", "Samurai", and "Lord"
