I've come up with a new anomaly.

Fragile Speedster
Using psychicness or something else (it's an anomaly so magic), the user can move at extremely high speeds. The required secondary powers kick in which prevent damage to the body while doing this. However, said powers only work effectively on soft tissues like skin, eyes, and internal organs. Muscles are affected to a much lesser degree so stamina drains quickly and bones aren't affected at all. Even with hypothetically unlimited stamina, the strain put on the bones means gradually lesser speeds for equal effort (superspeed or no) and could even break them.
