So what do the spells actually do? Are they anything like this?:

Medium:  Exploding Necrotic Fusion //As opposed to non-explosive, non-murderous fusion?

Big: Exploding Quantum Blast Deadly Particle Nuclear Assault Kill //In other words, a dirty bomb or similarly undirected radiation-based weapon.

Enormous: Obituary Electron Bane Battler Flash Dying Radioactive Rad Blast //A larger radiation bomb that seems to be limited to Beta-Negative for some reason.

Gigantic:  Exploding Grenade Quark Blasting Fusion Exploding Explosion Nuclear Reaction Killer //Sounds like something to do with quark-gluon plasma blasts.

It's really just generic glowy magic girl stuff, maybe with a focus on giving enemies cancer or poisoning them.

I think you may want to aim more for radiation poisoning then. Seeing as that can if severe enough, rapidly kill or at least cause various issues such as nausea and whatnot. Cancer is going to take too damn long.

Assuming her magic, rather than acting like a dirty bomb and killing her along with nearby civilians over the course of the next twenty odd years, just forcibly sequestrates all the radiation into the bodies of enemies and that its intense enough to get over thirty grays, the following symptoms would occur in mere minutes:

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, seizures, tremors, loss of muscle coordination and lethargy. Perhaps the sight of enemies screaming in pain as they collapse on the ground, spasming as filth discharges from both ends isn't exactly glamorous, or ethical, or legal. But that would probably impair their ability to you know, shoot you, stab you or cast spells.

Oh and death is pretty much guaranteed in the following 48 hours.

Considering the whole 'seizure on the floor, trying to scream in agony yet lacking the strength and muscle coordination whilst choking to death on your own vomit' symptoms, that wouldn't be needed, I would think.
Oh and it WOULD indeed damage robotic enemies as well. Most semiconductor components can be damaged by ionizing radiation. You can't use the 'radiation shielding' card either, since radiation shielded electronics always lag behind due to the amount of R&D needed.
