Description: Emotionless girl and mathematical prodigy with the power of entropy. Professor Constanza Ruiz is a certifiable genius, and unlike many such people, is actually somewhat personable. Apparently, anyways. She's a major proponent of space travel, in particular, and personally solved several problems of engineering related to the field. And by 'several' I mean 'several dozen', of course.
She is also a conspiracy operator.
Constanza was born to a poor Brazillian family. More importantly, she was born stark raving mad. Diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (or something like it) and a slew of other problems, Constanza was the very definition of insanity. Her only saving grace was that her rare moments of lucidity revealed an absolute brilliance for math and science within. It didn't help much. After bouncing around from place to place, she ended up in a mental asylum, as you might expect, tortured by her own wild emotions. She didn't really notice where she was, though. It didn't matter.
Either way, when a certain Dumah gave her a way to still the voices, she was all too happy to oblige. Thinking back, she might have lost something that day, but it was better than the alternative. She was not pleased by how Dumah acted, but there's little she can or wants to do about it now.
After the Dumah incident blew over, Constanza found herself with only one goal. Self-preservation. To this end, she not only settled down and took a university position, but used her skills, cunning and an extreme amount of connections to go from a nobody to a woman with puppet strings on half of the world.
Five years, and a lot of hard work later...
There's a supervillian conquering Africa. At least Carnival is more impressive than it ever was. She remembers enjoying Carnival when she was younger, even if she only watched it on a screen or heard it outside.

Having had sufficient media exposure, Constanza these days looks like both A: an actual human being! And B: not half bad, all things considered. In general, she's a tall, obviously Latino woman, one with moderate assets and generally an otherwise average body. Her skin is a bit pale, making a striking contrast with her dark eyes and darker hair, the latter of which she keeps long and silky smooth indeed. (Think Homura, nerds.) While she doesn't have too much, what she has, she keeps in very good shape, enough that if she wanted to she could probably land a few modeling jobs as sexy lady scientist who's actually scientific. But enough of that. This not-too-shabby lady is usually seen in a some sort of pants (often jeans!), some sort of shirt (often a shirt) and some sort of shoes (often shoes!). Okay, her wardrobe isn't very consistent, but she does have that common long-coat she wears out when she goes to something non-business related. It's a dark coat, and definitely helps to conceal her ever so slightly.

Duster: Her 'battle uniform', a long coat that has been reinforced with defenses and magic and stuff. +2 to Defense and Resistance.
Ceramic Knives: As the name suggests, ceramic knives, reinforced with non-metallic cable and such things. They're a bit dull, but does it matter when they're infused with entropy? She is also good at knife throwing, which is nice.
Ability: Entropy, the inevitable breakdown of everything that is and ever was. Sped up to something more...destructive.

Dust to Dust: Crumbles a handful of any mundane object (ie, nonmagical substance) into fine powder.
Entropy Boosting: A small amount of entropy on her knives reduces or negates mundane Defense when she stabs things.
Small:
Entropic Stab: After sinking her knife into something,she uses it as a focus for an entropic effect which causes the affected area to explode violently, causing serious damage and also blowing the knife out of the wound, or what's left of it given it exploded internally.
Low-Power Projectile: Launches one (1) good-old fashioned photon-torpedo style ball of entropy that moves rapidly and explodes against whatever solid object it hits first.
Medium:
Entropic Shielding: Creates a large dome-ish area that causes pretty much anything contacting it to disintegrate. Small things vanish, but more energetic things can still cause explosions on contact, possibly doing damage through the shield.
Entropic Shaped Charge: Again using her a knife, or anything else stabby, Constanza focuses the disintegrating effects of this attack into a line going straight through the target, without the less directed explosion of Stabbing.
Medium-Power Projectile: Another projectile. This one only leaks upon contact with a solid target and thus explodes a little bit inside of the target, giving it similar effects to Entropic Stab.
Low-Power Beam: A wide area sweep of entropy that breaks down and homogenizes everything within, essentially giving the 'dust' treatment over a very large area.
