How do you make it so a piece of clothing can only be made of metal in the raws?

Wiki link to armour tokens.

To allow a clothing type to be made only of metal, give it [METAL], but don't give it any of the other material type tokens such as [SOFT], [HARD], [SCALED], [BARRED], and [LEATHER]
