((Also I vote yea Just if these is being pasted over the rules of the court on the OP you might want to add 6 and 8 cus there not there and maybe add a thingy saying what a  Prosecutor, Defense Attorney, Plaintiffs and all that stuff are for new people and stuff idk.))

(I will agree to the new constitution, on the grounds a something to allow for further courtrooms to be opened is added.  That way, we can run more cases if one comes up while another trial is going on (ex. A Turnabout Cdi length case is being run in this thread) or for a case to be run while one of the important individuals (Judge, Defense, Prosecutor, Witness, etc.) in the case would be going on in this thread are away for some time.)

"It could be made that ordained Judges may be allowed to create their own courtroom threads.  Add in the existence of a list of pending cases and a way Judges may be officially ordained, and things should be fairly well set.  The method they could be ordained is though a system similar to what the Karma court you have referenced utilizes, though based around the Bay 12 forum guidelines and this thread's constitution.  Just a thought."
