I can only imagine what happened next was so horrible it traumatized the OP into never mentioning Roomcarnage again.

Actually, I've just been sidetracked a little by my other projects. The next chapter is close to finished, I'll take care of it when I do. Rest assured, the story will continue!

"Yeahhhh, Ezum, I'm gonna need you to take this sword and go kill those undead outside the Depot for me, okay, that'd be great."

I like how we just both posted updates about a forgotten beast named Simo.

You know, a hallway lined with cage traps might just be the thing to clearing out the undead, hmmm.

Oh, I know. I've been trying to avoid using cage traps for fortress defense, however.

Yeah! Yours is illustrated, though. I would love to have my Simo drawn up - maybe I'll do it myself this week!

Great update!

A question - why don't you preemptively slab all the dead to prevent ghosts?  Or is it too "tight" labor wise to do so?

Also... You are going to need a new pit to dispose of zombies.  Perhaps Ezum could test it?  ;)

It may be a bit crude, but it certainly capture the spirit of the thing!

Nobody got a close look of the thing and survived to describe it accurately :p
