Thanks for that!  I was surprised at the number of ads (I turn off adblock sometimes) but it was worth it, I love glitches and general software issues.
(Also some definitely faked "glitches" but that's fine too)

The point is that that's a stock image and the same guy turns up in a bunch of memes. It's fake doctor already associated with memes and a real health organization then licensed the image for their professional website.

Just google 'doctor meme' and you'll get this guy popping up in those. He's also known via the term grandfather meme:
