Kings of the Wyld, or something similar. Good comedic scenes surprisingly scattered throughout.

So I couldn't stop giggling, even though it's an old video I've seen many times before.
Then I saw this:
Quote
To all archeologists of the future, the game he's talking about was called "Fable III". It was bad.
And that I'd apparently upvoted it at some point years ago, and just started laughing outright.

Edit:  Also, this conversational LN "Spectator" (semi-Beholder)

Got a kick out of telling Mitsuku (a chatbot) that my name is fúck (it does not register obscured swears as swears), then telling it some gossip. Then anyone can randomly receive my gossip along with the name "Fúck". This is how you outsmart swear filters in general, by the way.

Oh, how far we've come...

I used to play on a game server that censored any of my chat messages containing the word "basement". Which, in a co-op zombie survival game, is rather unfortunate. Especially when your language center completely forgets the word "cellar"

Language filters might be getting better, but people tend to see being disallowed from typing specific things as a challenge, as kittytac demonstrates. The best method is to just let people type what they like and encourage a healthy community in other ways. Such as actual moderation.
Some games let you pick words from a list, but even that's not immune to obscenity. (Try tongue, but hole.)

Mitsuku does not kick you if you swear at her. She just starts being rude until you apologize and will not accept gossip with swears, among other things. You can't really moderate a chatbot.

Re: Bypassing limited vocabulary filters
Reminds me of the time that they hired a 10-year-old to test a MMORPG's swear filter (I think it was ToonTown?). The result?

I had the word “imbecile” partially censored on Rocket League, leaving only some stars with an e on the end.

Not entirely sure why “imbecil” is seen as a cuss word.

The weirder one is the censorship they decided to use in Battlefield V (the same one that got the blowback for the trailer).

Quote
For instance, if you type in the phrase "white man" it is censored. You can still type Asian man or black man without being censored. This is actually pretty hilarious. Why would the phrase white man be censored? Is it some kind of twisted joke? Commentary on our crazy culture and its crazy social-media-fueled culture wars? I have no idea.

Other words that are censored include Nazi---despite this being a WWII game, a war in which the Nazis played a considerable part---as well as "Jews." Sigh.

Quote
"DLC" is another censored word in Battlefield V's chat, though if you type "free DLC" it's not censored which, I must say, is also side-splittingly hilarious. For reasons I cannot explain, "Titanfall" is also a banned word. Other censored words include "eat" as well as "lag" and "laggy" (hahahahaha) though you can still say "damn" to your heart's content.

I think part of Battlefield V's problem was extremely overzealous censoring of what could possibly be ways to circumvent the filter. dlc is censored, but I think dLck is also censored, so it's probably a really fucking dumb way of censoring "dick".
