1. They are from guinea

2. They are kept as foodstock by the people of south america.

Hence Guinea Pigs

It's figurative.

They're not from Guinea, which is part of the confusion. It appears that people back in the day got confused between Guinea and Guyana.

As for the pigs thing, it's probably the general body shape and the fact that they squeal like pigs. "oh they're clearly rodentia" wasn't how normal people classified things back then, they did it based on "duck typing" / broad characteristics. So if it makes noises like a pig and it's pig-shaped, it's a type of pig.

Guyana is the same as Guinea. Nope, apparently you were correct and it must be a confusion.

However for the other part, no, it's pigs because they are kept as livestock by the peoples (some of, of course, I don't know the geographic or cultural boundaries of this practice) of South America. This isn't something unknown, it's well documented and it's still practised today. So yeah, the pigs of Guyana.

My wife was chuckling away at something on Facebook.

Bad stock photos describing jobs.

This was my favourite:

Damnit people, this is why I said to keep the truce. Because now everyone's ganging up on the cats.
Also, don't forget to contact your local Eldritch Being(s), so that they can help with our mission to destroy the universe.

Funnt Wikipedia Hitjobs, whatever hitjobs are

Usually refers to hiring a hitman to kill someone. In this context, refers to altering someone's Wikipedia page to contain derisive or inaccurate content.

These morons.

That could count either way however. Virtually every actual moron knows his name from the constant television reporting. So ... we could say that Trump is less of a moron on this issue because he remembers the guys name, and Pelosi doesn't? Trump has memorized the guys name because Trump spends 14 hours a day watching FOX News (and CNN to see what CNN is saying about Trump) whereas Nancy Pelosi seemimgly doesn't watch TV at all if she hasn't memorized the guys name.

To not know the guys name is actually notable. Nancy Pelosi didn't forget his name, she never memorized his name in the first place, due to not getting constant reinforcement through the television, but she is busy working on a police reform bill in response to the protests, along with 50 other pieces of legislation and the election stuff to boot. That's ... not necessarily a bad thing. Memorizing stuff that's on TV and knowing all the memes isn't necessarily a good thing for politicians to be spending their time on.

Reading his name would trigger it. Thinking of him would trigger it. No other circumstances would trigger it- it was strictly related to the concept of Bill Clinton entering the conscious mind.
