Whew. Okay, this is NOT going to be a pub for a looong while, barring any sudden massive cash influxes/deals from license owners. Take some time off, practice the stabby thing for a bit in a fairly discreet area of the pub and estimate cost for minimal repairs to get us a slightly more fire-safe bar. If the recruits arrive, see what skills they have.

"Hey, what kind of car do you guys want?"

((Patrick, offer to bribe the attackers. We could always use some civilian allies.))

Run up behind pipe man and slam him face first into the wall preferably without him hearing me, accept the job but try to get higher pay citing my experience and promising quick results.

(( Business man gives me an idea for my money problems. ))

"....who the hell are you and how did you get this number? You're a cop, aren't you? Well you don't have shit on me man! I'm clean!"

Just a reminder that there's an additional guy in addition to the pipe man. A consideration.

Also, the reason for the high rent of the Manor is that it's meant for either rich people or to be paid by a group.

Hm. This RTD, I like it. WAITLIST!

Name: Daina Swanson

Age: 24
Previous Occupation: U.S. Navy

Appearance: Daina's hair is short and brown, usually kept in a tight bun. She has olive skin, is about 5'8", and is lithe and wiry.
Background: Daina joined the military at age 18 and ended up serving for six years. When she got back to the States, she found it hard to find a job that had a use for her particular expertise. The Syndicate, however, sounded lik it could use somebody who knew their way around a gun.

Major Skill: Firearms
Minor Skills: CQC, Tactics

He chuckles.

"Shite, I hope ya don't still want that from us. Although we could use a bit of finance help around here.

...actually, come to think of it, we do have a lawyer with us, and I think the others are handling cash pretty well right now.

Tell ya what. How'd you like to be my sorta'...finance guy for now. I'm kinda the tech guy of our little group, and I'm gonna need to make some neat little purchases in the near future.

"Don't worry, I won't put the bill on you guys." As Aaron speaks, he hears some movement on the other end of the phone. "Okay, yeah. I could help you out buddy."
