Obsidan's raw changes and how it effects rock short swords

now that obsidian has defined sheer and yield values this changes the viability of rock swords you can make out of obsidian to the better but you still will want to get metal weaponry as soon has you can though because metal armor will defeat it practically 100% of the time .

obsidian now cuts flesh and will defeat leather and wood armor but it's stopped by even low grade copper armor practically 100% of the time with it being totally e deflected unless you hit a spot that can't be armored with metal like throats and eyes.

this makes obsidian short sword actually usable now for early fort defense now unlike before when it was using stone template defaults and couldn't even cut skin.

Yes, but I think it is how it should be. Obsidian is brittle and would break in contact with metal.

this is exactly how it should be this performance matches up with Spanish accounts of obsidian weaponry vs metal armored Spanish.

It would be nice to see undeground animal men using obsidian weapons instead of their crappy wooden one. Would be a bigger threat to non soldier dwarves.
