Look up SCP Foundation wiki. It's about containing and researching strange artifacts. One of them is an organic SMG which actually shoots teeth :P .

If I'm reading the latest devlog right, Toady fixed this bug. No more suicide by self-inflicted wounds, I guess. You'll just have to convince someone else to stab you.

It's not always for the best. I watched a string of goblin drunks try to mob a human drunk, in a human town of roughly 70/30 goblin/human inhabitants. I put a stop to that nonsense with extreme prejudice.
