If you were intending to capture my cantons- you must move to a tile of mine connecting to your own borders, and end the turn there. I... may have had issues learning that in this game as well.

Aye, you can capture as many unclaimed cantons per turn as your legion can traverse, but you can only ever capture one hostile canton per legion per turn, and it has to be adjoining your own territory.

A very impressive 4 orders per turn, Il Palazzo.

No amount of orders will help me if I keep making such fantabulous decisions as I have so far in this game. And stop stealing my manuscripts! What are the odds?

I can already see that all three anti-Durus vendettas are going to fail. Truly, we are the three stooges of hell.

Such harsh words, dear uncle! I want only what is best for the Kingdom, and surely that cannot be this wasteful, onerous war. Indeed, as we cast aspersions on each other and employ the most venal and disloyal of knaves to squabble and feud, the Great Tyrant looks down on our once-proud realm and laughs. We are better than this!

Well, we might not be able to thwart Durus before the remaining three conclave tokens get drawn, but we sure might be able to beat the unliving shit out of his lackey. Some consolation at least.

I gave everybody more than long enough time to prove themselves worthy as my toady, but there's only one position available. Deepest consolations to the losers.

A heads-up, I've got an internet-related meltdown of somewhat more epic proportions than previously thought. I can't give a precise ETA on when it gets solved - might be today, might be a few days away. Until then I'm on my phone only, and I still haven't figured out how to send attachments from the mobile version of hotmail.

If it's anything like my phone, you can "Share" files (from some context menu on your files) via email.

Me miserable! which way shall I fly
Infinite wrath, and infinite despair?
Which way I fly is Hell; myself am Hell;
And, in the lowest deep, a lower deep
Still threatening to devour me opens wide,
To which the Hell I suffer seems a Heaven.

Huh. That seemed buggy. I suppose They Hunger won that battle by virtue of falling on their foes from several hundred feet in the air.
