[FORUM] Have an actual theme for the main forum page

I notice that most of the subforums here have a Dwarf Fortress heme, but the main page has the default theme.

Any reasons why?

Go to Profile->Modify Profile->Look and Layout->Current Theme and enable the Darkling theme.
