I retired the fortress and found out that I had only Elves (at peace) and Dwarves near me.
:(

Next fortress, starting today, will probably be something I never tried before... Haunted Forest, here we come!

I got an ambush of kobolds in early first summer, before any migrants, that turned and fled. Does that count?
