Manuscript Download (DFFD)

Not the most original idea (or name), but I thought I'd give this a shot; I think it turned out rather well.

This is an 800 x 600 (the size I normally use) ASCII tileset, with text based very loosely on Insular script, a manuscript hand used in the British Isles. It is also designed to make things a little less clunky and boxy overall, which hopefully improves the look of the game. While not primarily intended for legibility, I find it actually makes text more readable (it does make animals a little hard to distinguish, though).

Text not really readable imo, this will get annoying really soon.

Reading took some getting used to and I had to look up certain letters in others words to decipher them but overall I like it. My only problem is with procedurally generated names that can be quite unreadable if they don't have any familiar sequences (ie Nganiz the dragon).
