Gaun watches silently from the ceiling of the corridor, cocking her head to the side with a tinge of bemused interest.

Quim looks at it, and speaks draconic as well.

   "/Ooh, ooh, I know that language! Hi lizardman!/" she says with the childish smile of a 90-year-old elf.

The troglodyte holds his stone axe aloft.

"Why have you come?"

Everybody else: The troglodyte holds his axe aloft and continues speaking, loudly coughing all the way. He seems... worse for the wear.

Everybody else: the lizard-man says something to your friends, a grave smile on his face, and stumbles past you all, barely squeezing past you each in the five-foot corridor. He pauses as he passes the graffiti behind the skeletons, pulls out a chunk of charcoal, and inscribes something onto it in large characters (those of you who speak Draconic note that it is a grave insult toward his former employer's honor) and walks like a drunken man with open foot wounds out of the smashed doors.

Gaun climbs down from the ceiling, sidling over to the Butcher. She rests her hands on his arm, standing on tip-toes to whisper in his ear.
