Sleep? Not much else to do.
[2]Before you can fall asleep you are woken by a guard saying that you are there. And you, in fact, notice the prison getting closer. You sit back and get ready.

((That was the free action. You still got one more.))

"The Blade Boys are in this prison? Fuck, that's not good."
Exit bus when time comes. Stay close to Jim and the big guy.
Right, right, I'm getting up...
Hubert gets up, waiting until the time for them to leave comes.
[2]  You wait and when the bus stops, you exit the bus along your fellow inmates. You form a line, and are promptly counted by a guard. He seems irritated at the task of transporting you to the prison. All of you are surrounded by fences and guards are already prepared to shoot in case someone tries to escape. Before you realize it, the big guy suddenly pops out of his handcuffs and runs for it.
[6 vs 2] [4 vs 3] [5 vs 2] His speed is indeed great and he dashes out  immediately. The guard next to you [6] gets his gun and follows the runner. [3 vs 1] He cannot chase down the escapee down, though. Every single prisoner nearby is visibly shocked at someone actually booking it. Your group is visibly too intrigued to even move. You could still the orange uniform of the escape inmate, but he is very far away. [6] It seems that nobody is even trying to chase him down, but they definitely try to shoot, that is useless at this distance. He is free for now and probably overjoyed in this situation.
"Did... did you just see that?"
It seems that nobody is currently caring about you. The guard that was supposed to escort you left and you just kinda stand around.

Try the hair.
[3] You manage to hide it, but it won't pass the more "deep" searches.

((I didn't expect that guy to escape. EVERYONE failed their perception checks and nobody noticed that he managed to pick the lock on his chains and then survived the run.))

...what the hell just happened?
Hubert looks around, confused as to how in the hell an ordinary person escaped, but then...
Ah, of course. This was to demonstrate to the protagonist that it was in fact possible to escape. Or perhaps protagonists, as I may find allies here, perhaps even a rival.

"Oh shit, that man went bookin'!" MC turns to Jimmy, "And you said it was impossible!"

Only NAV has to post here, and we're golden.

[1]You just kinda stick around. You don't notice anything, because you are still shocked at an escape so fast.

"Oh shit, that man went bookin'!" MC turns to Jimmy, "And you said it was impossible!"
[5]He is noticeably excited about this.
"Oh man, this is great! Shit, we should be golden if we make it out just as easily!"
He looks much better now. [1 - 1]You don't notice anything weird, [2 - 1] and neither does Jimmy, but he is looking a bit uncomfortable.
John smiles.
"I guess the Falcon may have lost it's wings."
[3]This definitely makes you feel better, but this light mood is broken bit when you notice a couple of guards running in your direction.

Plant the shiv on the person in front of me.
[6]You manage to stuff it into the "Jimmy" guy's uniform, .doing it like a professional would.
(One more successful pickocket attempt to get a +1)

All:
You are quickly grabbed by the guards and into the entrance. This experience would likely break your spirit, if it wasn't so happy by the lucky escape. You will now get searched one last time, cleaned, and shaved.

John goes through the process, watching to see how everyone else takes it.
